Major events are usually historical. When you select a start date, the stop date defaults to the same date unless you change it.

Notes

Notes save automatically as you type, with the date and time of the last save. Tag a note to any record — the note then appears in that record’s Related Notes table.

Audit Trail

Each profile has its own audit trail; this shows changes for the active profile made in this browser.

Export

Exports may contain sensitive health information.

Save the Summary as a PDF first, then open the email draft and attach the saved PDF manually. The audit trail is never included in the Summary. Browsers cannot attach files automatically from a static site.

Import / Transfer

Importing replaces or adds local data in this browser. Audit history is included if the JSON backup contains it.
